The map functions transform their input by applying a function to each element of a list or atomic vector and returning an object of the same length as the input. This syntax allows you to create very compact anonymous functions. I have it in a data subdirectory.
That's all for the ggmap. The functions map and walk (as well as reduce, by the way) from the purrr package were designed to work with lists and vectors. I have it in a data subdirectory.
